Sleep Trial Return Policy – 101-Night Mattress Sleep Trial at Lavish Mattress, Inc.

At Lavish Mattress, Inc. dba Cityline Shop, we are committed to ensuring that our customers experience unparalleled comfort with their new mattress. That's why we offer a 101-Night Sleep Trial, giving you over three months to fully adjust to the superior comfort of your Lavish mattress. If the mattress doesn't meet your comfort expectations, you are eligible to initiate a return before that date.

We understand that it takes time to adjust to a new mattress, much like breaking in a new pair of shoes. That's why we ask you to allow your mattress to adapt to your body by using it for at least 30 nights, during which the materials will naturally soften to provide you with optimal sleep.

Please note the following stipulations regarding our mattress trial policy:

  • Your 101-Night Sleep Trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered, so that night would be night #1.
  • A minimum of 30 nights of trial use is required before you can request a return.  This is a necessary time to begin adjusting to your new mattress.
  • This trial is exclusive to mattresses purchased directly from Lavish Mattress, Inc on our website citylineshop.com. Purchases made through third-party vendors are not eligible and must be returned to the respective vendor.
  • The trial is void in cases of ordering errors, size discrepancies, or changes in personal circumstances.
  • Unacceptable behavior like threats or aggressive behavior towards our team may lead to refusal of the Sleep Trial.  
  • Returns are limited to one mattress per household, even if you ordered more than 1 mattress from us.
  • The offer is valid only for orders shipped within the contiguous United States.  Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and any other offshore domestic locations are not included.
  • Beyond the 101-Night Sleep Trial, mattresses cannot be returned.

Should you decide that your Lavish Mattress by Cityline Shop is not the perfect fit, please reach out to us at info@citylineshop.com or simply complete our mattress return form. We advocate for mattress donations to local charities or non-profits as an eco-friendly alternative to disposal. We may request your assistance in locating a suitable organization for donation, or for an administrative fee, we might be able to arrange this for you, depending on your location.

For a refund to be processed, you must first:

  1. Complete a Return Form
  2. Provide photos of the mattress and prove it has only normal wear, not including stains, rips, tears or any discoloration. 
  3. Photos of the tag that includes manufacturer's information.
  4. Proof of purchase of a mattress cover from CitylineShop, Lavish Mattress or local retailer and photos of the mattress cover on the bed.
  5. Donation receipt must be provided to us within 30 days of us agreeing to your return or following the expiration of your 101-Night Sleep Trial, whichever is sooner. It is the customer's responsibility to send the donation receipt to us.

The refund will be subject to the following:

  • Any promotions or discounts will affect the refund total.
  • Non-refundable items, recycling fees, extended warranties, and White Glove service fees are not eligible for refund.
  • A $99 processing fee will be applied to all returns.
